Shipping Conditions

We ship your orders with our shipping partner DHL.
Delivery times are typically 3–5 business days.
Please note that we assume no liability for delays caused by the shipping service provider (e.g., on public holidays or during periods of high demand).

Shipping Costs

For orders under €15, a flat shipping fee of €1.99 applies within Germany and €2.99 to other delivery countries.

For orders over €15: Shipping is free.

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, France, and Belgium.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the Form on our portal. Please include the order number without any prefix or special characters and the email address you used when placing the order.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
