Wallboxes are currently sold and delivered exclusively within Germany.

Delivery within Germany is typically 3–5 business days , depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

For all other countries, delivery times are also estimated at 3–5 business days. Please note, however, that delays may occur depending on local postal and customs procedures, which are beyond our controlCharging cards and accessories usually arrive within 3–5 business days, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information if it is available for the selected shipping method.

Wallbox availability and estimated delivery times depend on the respective manufacturer or supplier. The delivery time shown on the product page or in your order confirmation applies.

Yes. For public charging, you can use the StromNow charging card with your StromNow account and the app for iOS or Android.

You can also pair the same RFID chip with a private or workplace wallbox if it supports compatible RFID access. Compatibility depends on the wallbox manufacturer, model, configuration and operator.

You can use the StromNow charging card at the compatible public charging points shown in the StromNow app. Before charging, the app shows the current availability, applicable price and charging conditions.

You need an active StromNow account, a saved payment method and a charging card linked to your account.
